Return, Refund and Replacement-
Returns are accepted only if you receive incorrect / damaged product during the transit and any defects in manufactured products. To initiate a return, your request should be communicated immediately through WhatsApp or Email with pictures. For a proof, take a video while unboxing the package and send us, so that in case of damage, the complaint can be registered with us and the item amount will be refunded.
Only in such a scenario, MVS Varna will refund the amount, upon receiving the existing ones from the end user.
Return products need to be received by MVS Varna within 5 days of raising the dispute, failing which the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement.
It is advised that the return packets be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Returns are not applicable in case you don’t like the product, or feel it doesn’t match your clothes or personality.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OLD FOR NEW. WE DO NOT TAKE OLD SILVER ARTICLES OR Jewellery OR COINS.
Cancellation will be accepted if the product has not been shipped. The same will be refunded in full or in partial as per the cancellation on case-to-case basis and money will be refunded to the account within 15 working days.
----NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:-
.Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
.After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent or if the package is refused by recipient, other than for the product being damaged or defective or not as per order specifications.
.Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
.Minor color and design, size variation. All products are handmade and/or use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
.If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
.Delay caused by courier agencies
